Get Your Mind Right

I'm in the process of trying to get my major 3 lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlifts) up to 1,000lbs for 5 repetitions. As it turns out, a lot of my struggles have been mental. Envisioning yourself lifting 400lbs is often harder than actually lifting it. You're generally stronger than you think you are. I found this article to be an excellent resource:
